Here’s the rundown of what I ate last week! The main ingredients were lentils, carrots, and lettuce which was the perfect combo for these hot summer days in NYC.
Bolded items are the recipes I tried and liked enough to make again. The two lettuce wraps were my favorite this week. I don’t usually like fruit in savory dishes but the mango in these wraps was so good.
