Christmas is coming so what should you make?
Just like Thanksgiving, it’s important to bring your own vegan meal to dinner. Even if your family is accommodating like mine is, you’ll want to be prepared with food of your own.
I personally don’t celebrate Christmas, but here’s what I’d make if I did. Click the dish titles for a link to the recipe.
Impossible Meatloaf: I’ve never had non-vegan meatloaf but if it tastes anything like this one I get why it’s so popular. Fairly simple to make and the end result was hearty and delicious.
Rosemary Potatoes: simple, classic, and accidentally vegan. I’d normally make mashed potatoes but figured a switch-up for Christmas dinner is appropriate.
Garlic Green Beans: I make this a lot and swap oil for vegan butter sometimes. I also finish with a squeeze of lemon and pepper.
Mac & Yease: if you don’t already have these they may not get to you by Christmas, but use discount code NZINGA10 for 10% off (excluding bundles).
Stuffing: I’m not sure why I like stuffing so much but it’s a staple for all my holiday meals.
Mushroom Gravy: I haven’t made this one but I’d try to make it without the wine.
