I really love soba noodles. They’re so versatile and I love preparing them in different ways. Here’s one of my favorite ways to dress up this delicious noodle. This dish is fine on its own but feel free to add steamed broccoli, carrots, shredded purple cabbage, snow peas, or any vegetables you’d like.
Ingredients
1 bundle soba noodles
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Chili Sauce to taste
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp agave
1/4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Method
Cook soba noodles per package directions and rinse in cold water when done cooking.
For the sauce, add soy sauce, chili sauce, peanut butter and sesame oil.
Mix well.
Toss with noodles. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
