Recipe: Date Balls
These date balls are a nice healthy treat. They’re so easy to make and pretty high in protein. Feel free to play around with ingredients! I think chocolate chips would be a great addition.
Ingredients
1 cup seedless dates
1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup roasted cashew nuts
1/4 cup roasted almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Method
Coarsely chop the dates.
Add chopped dates and the remaining ingredients into a bowl. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons with your hands and gently roll into a ball. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set and enjoy!
