Everyone Loves This Chick'n Salad Recipe

When I worked for Vegan Outreach we’d go to large expos and share samples of vegan food. One of our go-to recipes was this vegan chicken salad because it uses affordable ingredients, was really easy to make, and everybody loved it.

This recipe has been tested on thousands of non-vegans and it’s been a hit every time. Try it in a wrap sandwich, on top of greens, or just as-is. Makes a great packed lunch and is excellent for children.

I never used a recipe so below is an estimate of the measurements. Be sure to taste and adjust as you go!
