What should you have in your vegan fridge?
I’ve always appreciated the vegan fridge guide offered by Kris Carr (linked below). Instead of listing every single item to buy, she offers categories and allows you to fill in with the items you’d like to have.

Your grocery list should always reflect the dishes you plan on making.
Everything you get should be tied to a recipe you’ve decided on before going to the grocery store, not just a random list of foods. This keeps costs low and waste almost non-existent.
I generally have two breakfast recipes and three dinner recipes per week, then have a large salad for lunch. I make breakfast fresh every morning, but I only cook two or three times per week for dinner. Some evenings I’m cooking and eating freshly made food, others I’m having leftovers from the day before.
Your pantry list is a lot more important. They’re generally non-perishables that you want to stock up on. I’ll share my list of vegan pantry staples next week!
